Żywnośc Ekologiczna BIO FOOD Sp. z o.o. company from the very beginning of its foundation that is since 1994 deals exclusively with organic fruit and vegetables processing.
The processing plant is focused on production of high quality organic juice of lactofermented vegetables, fruit, as well as jams and vegetable processed products.The offer covers also organic syrups, oils, vinegar, pre-cooked meals, loose products and organic sweets.
In 2012 food safety and quality management system ISO 22000 was implemented.
Many products we offer, especially juice of lactofermented vegetables, are perceived by contemporary medicine as food which assures perfect prophylactics in many digestion system diseases as well as cancer.
As far as the latter ones are concerned, juice made of lactofermented products due to easy assimilation of macro and microelements as well as the presence of anti-cyanide compounds which come from beets, carrots or red grapes may have a prophylactic impact or support pharmacological treatment.
Research on lactofermented beet juice run in the years 2010-2011 by Warsaw Agriculture University proved that the juice damaged gastric cancer cells.
In May 2010 our product Strawberry Biosmoothie was awarded with the main prize: Best of Organic 2010 in the competition for the best organic product while in October 2010 during the Natura Food Fairs in Łódź we received a prize for Peach Biosmoothie.
During the Fairs in 2011 we received the main prize The Golden Medal for lactofermented juice of beets.
In 2012 organic juice of lactofermented carrot was awarded with the Golden Medal at Natura Food Fairs as the best organic product on Polish market.
In the same year, organic juice of lactofermented beets was recognized as an innovative product and received the Certificate ‘Good product – the choice of the experts’ during the gala organized by Rynek Spożywczy magazine.
